Blurred Image I

1. Load an image (eg. Img1).
2. Change it to RGB Color.
3. Image > Calculations > Duplicate to a new file (eg. Img2)
4. You might want to adjust color level at this time.
5. Image > Adjust > Posterize (eg.7)
6. Filter > Stylize > Find Edges.
7. Apply Gaussian Blur.
8. Image > Calculations > Multiply (Img1 by Img2) to a new file (eg. Img3)
9. Adjust Levels to control the tone of the overall color.
10. I haven't found a good use of this technique yet. This blurring will be useful somewhere.
