Stamped Text

1. Open a textured background. Either a paper or clothes textured background will give the best result for the stamped image.
2. Create a new channel.
3. Fill the channel with white.
4. Type in the text in black.
5. Choose Filter > Noise > Add Noise of 999, Gaussian, Monochromatic.
6. Apply Filter > Stylize > Diffuse > Darken Only.
7. Deselect.
8. Apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
9. Image > Adjust > Invert.
10. Select RGB to go back to the background image.
11. Select > Load Selection to load the channel the text was written and modified.
12. Fill the text with red (which is a typical color for the stamp).
13. Here you go!
