1. File > New with a background of your choice.
2. Type the text.
3. Quick Mask Mode.
4. Filter > Pixelate > Crystalize (=4, for my example).
5. Switch back to normal mode.
6. Apply Cutout.
7. Beveled button for an added touch.
8. Here you go!
