1. This is a variation of Gold Text.
2. File > New.
3. Type the text.
4. Gradient > Option
5. Setting is Hue, and Gradient Type is Transparent Rainbow
6. Using the Shift key with Gradient Tool, fill the text with the gradient color from top to bottom (or left to right, if you prefer that way).
7. Voila!
