Glow Text

1. New with any background texture or color.
2. Make a new layer.
3. On a new layer (layer 1), type the text.
4. Make a copy of layer 1; "layer 1 copy".
5. On a "layer 1", Edit > Stroke for the enlarged text, and apply Gaussian Blur.
6. On a "layer 1 copy", fill the text with the desired color with the transparency checked on.
7. I applied Alien Skin's Inner Bevel filter for a touch.
8. Voila!
