       Visited Thai Temple in N. Hollywood and Little Armenia and some murals in Pacoima and Silverlake.

       Visited dentist's office for a root canal treatment and 3 aenesthesia shots were really painful.

       Got a new 17" Acer Aspire VN7-791G laptop.

       Shutter Shack and Little Saigon in Westminster.
8:10:  Hiked to Pumpkin Rock in Corona, and visited Gumby and Indian Painted Rock in Corona, and
       BAPS in Chino Hills.
       Had Sienna's oil changed

8:06:  Visited few murals in DTLA and Arts District, but due to the intense heat, I got exhausted quickly.
8:02:  My main laptop was installed with fresh Windows 10 Pro and I need to install all applications :-(
8:01:  Upgrading of main laptop to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7 Ultimate failed somehow, and
       I had to reset all configurations of previous installation and free upgrades nullified.
7:31:  Upgraded main pc to Windows 10 Pro and it took 16+ hours with nVidia driver problems.
       Once PC got upgraded, I see little difference between Windows 10 Pro and 7 Ultimate.
7:30:  Visited Nethercutt Museum in Sylmar, and a number of murals in Pacoima, and
       Original Bob's Big Boy and few murals in Burbank in very hot 104 F.
7:19:  LA had a second day of summer rain but without thunderstorms.
7:18:  LA had a rare summer rain with thunderstorms.

6:06:  Magnitude 3.4 earthquake hit Gardena at 9:54 PM which is a couple of miles from my home.

5:23:  Magnitude 3.3 earthquake hit Baldwin Hills at 10:06 AM, several miles from my home.

5:05:  Had a battery of Sienna replaced after 50 months of use.
5:03:  Magnitude 3.9 earthquake hit LA at 4:07 AM and woke me up while sleeping.
       Due to the proximity to the epicenter, it was quite shaking and scary.

       Found Hollywood / Mann Theatre area is crowd and vibrant all the time.
4:01:  Switched to DirecTV from TWC after 7 years.
3:31:  Got a new Samsung Galaxy S5 as an upgrade.
3:30:  Got a new iPhone 6 plus as an upgrade.
3:29:  Found downtown LA was full of activities all the time, and Last Bookstore was cool.
3:28:  Spent afternoon in Redondo Beach.

3:21:  Visited Bergamot Station Galleries, Santa Monica Museum of Art and some murals in West LA.
3:20:  Visited Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve, Wind Wolves Preserve and
       Carrizo Plain National Monument and registered 450 miles.
       Almost all wildflowers and poppies gone, so I ended up driving long hours.

       Sometimes, nothing worked as planned and made me long detour.

1:16:  Due to a severe flu, I lied in bed for 6 days, and saw sunlight just one hour :-(
       This was the worst flu I've ever had.

1:08:  Set up home network with VMware based OS's with RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian, Solaris X86,
       FreeBSD and MacOSX.  Had Solaris zones connected to wintel OS via Samba.
