12.25: Merry Christmas!
12.01: Changed mobile provider to AT&T Wireless from T*Mobile and
got iPhone 4S, Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket and Pantech Pursuit II.
11.24: Happy Thanksgiving!
11.22: Went to dentist to get a crown job and two fillings done :-(
11.19: After the last trip, I felt for sure that I needed to build my own studio.
11.18: Reviewing picture took, I was quite satisfied all most of the outcome.
11.09: 17 days of trip with 4,500 miles of driving and 18,701 photos.
11.08: Visited Tumacacori NHP, Tuba Presidio SP, Titan Missle Museum in Tucson and Pueblo Grande in Phoenix, AZ.
11.07: Visited White Sands NM, Fort Selden SM and City of Rocks SP, New Mexico.
11.06: Visited NRAO's VLA, Salinas MIssion Pueblos NM and Three Rivers Petroglyphs, New Mexico.
11.05: Visited Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks NM, and Sorocco.
11.04: Visited Chaco Culture Historical Park and Coronado State Monument.
11.03: Visited Bandelier National Monument, White Rock Overlook, Tsankawi Ruins, Puye Cliff Dwellings, and
Jemez State Monument.
11.02: Visited Pecos National Monument, passed by Santa Fe, visited Chimayo, wasted time going to Taos Pueblo, and
visited Bandelier National Monument.
11.01: Visited Acoma Sky City Pueblo, and Petroglyph National Monument.
10.31: Visited El Morro NM, Ice Caves, and El Malpais NM.
10.30: Visited Anasazi Heritage Center, Sand Canyon, Salmon Pueblo Ruins, and passed by Ship Rock and got into Gallup, NM.
10.29: Hiked Canyonland NP Needles District, visited Needles Overlook and visited Lowry Pueblo Ruins and
arrived at Cortez, CO.
10.28: Hiked to Corona Arch, drove scenic byway 128, visited Hole N the Rock and
Hiked Canyonland NP Needles District.
10.27: Hiked in Arches National Park and drove Potash Scenic Byway.
10.26: Hiked in Canyonland's Island In The Sky but due to thundersorms, I couldn't see much.
My stay Island In The Sky got short and headed to Arches NP.
10.25: Driving from Fremont to Thomson Canyon via I-70 was so scenic.
Visited Sego Canyon Petroglyphs.
Hiked in Dead Horse Point SP but due to severe thunderstorms, I got lost a while, but it was till scenic.
10.24: Drove from Las Vegas to Zion NP's Kolob Canyon and took a short hike, then
drove to Fremont Indian SP for number of Petroglyphs.
10.23: Left LA for Las Vegas and stopped in Bagdad Cafe, Newberry Springs, CA.
After all those years, I finally visited Bagdad Cafe.
10.21: The best place I like is between Monument Valley and Valley of the Gods of US-163, Utah.
10.19: Yahoo email had problems on attaching or opening files for 2 days now :-(

10.16: Donated old peripherals and CRT's to Salvation Army for recycling.
10.14: Went to see a dentist for cleaning and crowning.
10.12: Casted absentee ballot for the Election on 11/08.
10.11: Upgraded Dell 155 laptop to Windows 7 Ultimate from Windows 7 Home Premium.
10.10: 10.10!
10.09: Hiked Lizard Rock and Paradise Falls in Thousand Oaks, and
hiked Rancho Sierra Vista/Satwiwa and Paramount Ranch & Western Town in Santa Monica Mountains.
10.06: This trip took 2696 miles, $450 on gas, $225 on lodgings/camping, and 9521 pictures.
10.05: Left Flagstaff and visited Tonto NM, Besh-ba-gowah, Gila Pueblo and Casa Grande and
head back from from Phoenix at 17:45 and arrived home at 0:50 following morning.
10:04: Left Blanding and visited The Edge of Cedar SP, Westwater Ruins, Butte Wash Ruins, Mule Canyon Ruins,
and drove scary and dangerous Moki Dugway and visited Gooseneck SP and tried to recapture the impression
of Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park but as it rained and was windy, I stopped in for a couple of minutes.
10.03: Drove from Torrey to Blanding, UT and visited Goblin Valley SP and Natural Bridges NM.
Camped out in Blanding but during the night rain and thunderstorm came and
I escaped to my car to shelter out from the thunderstorm, but my tent sheltered me well for
5-6 hours while I was sleeping. Even if I heard sound of raining, I couldn't get up and
shelter out until 5:45.
10.02: While driving scenic drive 12 from Bryce Canyon to Capitol Reef, visited Kodachrome Basin SP,
Escalante SP, Anasazi Indian Village SP, and Capitol Reef NP.
10.01: Drove from Kanab to Bryce Canyon and visited all view points and hiked some trails in Bryce Canyon NP.
9.30: Drove from Page, AZ to Kanab, UT and visited Grand Canyon North, Lees Ferry, Cliff Dwellers,
and Coral Sand Dunes Utah Stete Park.
9.29: Drive from Flagstaff, AZ to Page, AZ, and visited Elden Pueblo,
Horseshoe Bend Outlook, Warheap Dam, Lower Antelope Canyon and Upper Antelope Canyon.
Had a hard time finidng a room for the night.
Lodged at camp site, first time I ever setup tent myself.
9.28: Left Hawthorne at 6:37 and arrived at Grand Canyon South at 15:35, and
visited Mather outlook, Desert View outlook and Tusayan Ruins.
Left Desert View and arrived at Flagstaff 20:20.
9.20: Cleaned up number of due errands. There were always stuff to clean up.

9.18: Hiked along Redondo Beach shorelines.
9.17: Slept all day due to severe headaches. Never set a foot outside of bedroom :-(
9.15: Contemplated again how I wanted to live next 20 years.
9.13: Time, opportunity and encounter come all the time but unless you catch it at the moment, it's never yours.
"What has gone has gone forever."
Either take it at the moment, or never look back in regret.

9.5: Labor Day!
Finished reading Park Mujik's Cartoon Factory Vol I.
8.27: Hiked White Point Nature Preserve and visited White Point Nature Park in Pals Verdes Peninsula.
8.15: Added QR code to my www.dswkim.org.
8.13: Hiked 7.4-mile trail to Devil's Chair in Devil's Punchbowl which took 5 hours and
got drained physically and got so scared at the last 0.1 mile to Devil's Chair.
8.12: Found out again that new opportunities come again once I widen my viewpoints.
7.29: Visited Cabrillo Marine Aquarium in San Pedro.
7.25: Measured that I take more than 12,500 steps a day, which is good enough for healthy habit.
7.24: Although I went to Hellman Wilderness Park, I didn't hike up as I saw debris of broken glasses at parking lot.
7.23: At 12:36 AM, a magnitude 3.3 earthquake hit Gardena, as soon as I lied in bed to sleep.
Hiked One mile loop of Devi's Punchbowl Natural Area in Pearblosson, which was quite strenous.
My heart was pumping and was ready to go further, but my legs got shaky.
7.17: Tried to hike up to Windy Gap of Crystal Lake in San Gabriel Mountains, but got into wrong trails, and
gave up after 1:35 hours after the start and returning to the visitor center took only 15 minutes.
That was really frustrating but getting lost on trails really wore me out.
Driving up to Crytal Lake along 39 was really risky and dangerous.
7.16: Hiked Granite Loop and Historic Adobe Trails of Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve in Riverside.
Although trails were mild, due to hot weather, it was physically draining.
7.15: Ran into number of Japanese friends in Torrace today.
7.13: Started tested Clear 4G WiFi hotspot but speed was disappointing and tech support was non-existent and only wasted my time.
7.8: Setup Linksys WRT320N as default router replacing D-Link DI524 which I used for 5+ years.
Although DI524 didn't cause any problems, I wanted to try gig ethernet and Wifi-N at home office networking.
Had a very plesant but nostalgic afternoon meeting old friends and visiting old residences.
7.7: Installed Coverking Bra on the hood of Sienna.
7.4: Independence Day!
7.1: Started the prep work on setting up animation production.
6.30: 1/2 of 2011 has gone. Time flies.
6.27: Enjoyed the first full day of catching up whatever I missed during normal business days for 6 months.
6.24: Finished 6-month project.
6.15: Bought new exercise bike.
6.9: Bought Minoru3D webcamera to test out stereo images.
6.8: Bought Audio Technica ON3 headphone.
6.7: Bought WD Passport 1 TB USB 3 HD.
6.6: Succeeded finally on programming Sony HDTV and Vizio Soundbar into TWC's remote control.
6.5: Installed MS S&T into Asus T101MT.
5.30: Memorial Day!
Learned the name "tater tot" today ;-)
5.28: Bought Vizio Soundbar 200 for HDTV.
5.26: Bought USB external 8x DVD Burner.
5.10: Bought 40" Sony Bravia 40BX421 LCD HDTV.

4.20: Bought Asus T101MT-EU27-BK for its swivel LCD and touch screen.
4.16: Hiked Topanga Canyon State Park, but gave up and returned after 1.5 miles due to lack of strenth.
4.5: Released from jury service from Compton Superior Court.
4.4: Reported to Compton Superior Court for jury service.
3.31: 1st quarter of Year 2011 has passed. Time really flies.
3.27: Upgrade to Firefox 4.0
3.26: Bought 2011 Toyota Siennaa XLE and traded-in 1999 Ford Winstar LX which I used for 11 years and 6 months.
3.25: Visiting auto dealers are hassle as most of them are a--holes.
3.19: Born Again and Again ;-)
3.18: Realized again that what kind of life long encounter you might run into unforseeable future.
3.17: St. Patrick's Day.
3.16: Sufferred from severe headaches and after sleeping for 11 hours, I got back to normal.
3.11: Catastrophic earthquake and tsunami hit Sendai/Tohoku area of Japan.
3.9: Removed 500+ email contacts from address book.
3.1: 1/6 of year 2011 has passed already.
2.23: Removed about 2,000+ email contacts from address book.
2.19: Installed Oracle Solaris/Sparc 10 09/10 on Sun Ultra 60.
2.6: It's sad to hear Gary Moore passed away.
1.31: 1/12 of new year has passed already, which was kind of lousy start.
1.24: Filed for Income Tax Return 2010.
1.20: "Think twice before you answer". This worked this time.
1.14: There's always someone who's there only to bug you whom you need to ignore to cope with.
1.12: Bought HP A646 Photoprinter from eBay which worked after trying 4 different HP cartridges.
1.9: Visited Planes of Fame Air Museum in Chino.
1.2: Visited Travel Town Museum and Griffith Observatory in Griffith Park on rainy day.
1.1: Happy New Year!
Losing weight and finishing up animation scripts and storyboards are highest priorities this year for me.
